Welcome to Field Place Pottery, a warm and welcoming studio nestled in the beautiful gardens of Field Place Manor House. Our lead artist, Jessica Jordan, has over 30 years of experience as a ceramicist, specializing in traditional ceramic techniques.

We provide a friendly and relaxing environment where you can unwind while honing your ceramic skills. Whether you're new to pottery or looking to further develop your abilities, our studio offers the perfect retreat for creativity and learning.

Teaching

A relaxed and friendly Pottery course set in the grounds of Field Place Manor House

Term time classes:

Pottery session restarting in 2024 sign up for a 6 weeek course

  • Tuesday  10 to 1  day time  3 hour £204 , 6 weeks   one space

  • Tuesday night  6.30 to 9.00  £168 6week this session is full at them moment, do still get in contact as a space may become available.

  • Wednesday day time 10.00 to 1.00,  £204 6weeks, one space

  • Thursday day time 10.00 to 1.00 £204 6weeks

  • Two space available

  • Friday daytime 10.00 to 1.00 £204 6weeks

  • Full

    These are 6 week program for this term all class are full please do still get in contact if you are looking for lessons.

    Individual session.

  • One to one Introduction to ceramics £55 for 1.30 hours, learn to throwing or hand-building a vessel

  • Introduction to ceramics for 2 people £100 for 2 hours throwing or hand-building

  • Hand-building Small groups session , minimum of 4 up to 6 people £45 each for 2.30 hours

  • Small group throwing session £55 each for a group of 4 people £220

  • Bespoke classes are £65 for an hour and a half.
